Raining, cloudy....and just a not what I hoped for today....but it's paradise compared to what our soldiers are doing for us. I spent last night with my family, having a delicious dinner, telling jokes and having fun. The Marine below only gets to dream about such things. My hat is off to him and all those like him. Thank you, you're sacrifices are always on my mind.

I honestly think of what our soldiers are doing in comparison to what all of us, stateside, are doing with our time. I'm lucky to live in the comfortable surroundings of America, but man, I couldn't be more thankful for what our Armed Forces are living and breathing in Iraq and Afghanistan every day. It's an honor to say that these people are my countymen & women. |
