| I made pretzel dough this afternoon, then stuffed it with mozzarella and pepperoni, baked it golden brown then brush it with melted butter. I did make bread last weekend and sliced it thick to make French toast. I have been thru around 25lbs of bread flour in the last 5 weeks |

Good job! I love making bread, over the last three days I've made a bunch of yeast breads. This one is my morning bread a combination of 50/50 unbleached bread flour and whole wheat bread flour with honey: Then there's my Jewish Rye Bread that I mainly use for Reuben Sandwiches: And I can't have dinner without homemade dinner rolls: And no self respecting man eats a pizza that isn't home made totally from scratch: |
