What suppies would yall recommend/are working well for you?

All I have on my list is Aminos and bulk Protein.

Not looking for andro/creatin/over the counter fake steroids.

Real food. I never got anything out of aminos. Met-Rx works for me. Most of the newest greatest stuff is horseshit.

Protein powder is useful for helping to get enough protein.  Other than that, a multivitamin and ~6g of fish oil/day are good.

Why the aversion to creatine?

I just take a few servings of EAS Chocolate whey for protein a day. I should take a multivitamin tho.

as a powerlifter of many years.

KEEP IT SIMPLE, aside from STEROIDS, there are only a few things required to get decently big

1. EAS protein
2. creatine powder
3. multi
4. b6 for energy and protein absorption
5. caff. pills if you don't drink coffee

YUP thats it, everything else is BULLSHIT.

Creatine WORKS, I've beat many a "non natural" powerlifters simply using high doses of creatine.

If a supplement is legal, it probably isn't worth the money...

A friend of mine took 'Venom' for weight loss and had pretty good results, though who knows if it was from that or from actually watching his diet for a change.

I have a 'Muscle Milk' (Cookies and Cream flavor) shake after work outs, which tides me over until I cook dinner. Tastes REALLY good and mixes easily, though I don't think it does anything very special.

Other than protein, a generic one-a-day multivitamin is all I take.

Why the caffeine pills?  Is it for extra energy boost.  Dont drink coffee really.

Thanks.

Dymatize Energized Expand best pre workout supp out there IMO. It does have creatine but its CEE and a few others types. I get no bloat or water retention from it.

Other than what was already mentioned, a zinc/magnesium/B6 blend (ZMA- google it) would be beneficial since most people are deficient.  Same with Vitamin D as well, which can be bought at any grocery store or drug store.

OK

in 2004 conducted jointly by the Exercise & Sport Nutrition Lab of Baylor University, IMAGINutrition, and the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, found that ZMA has no effect on strength, hormone levels, or anaerobic capacity.

I don't know about ZMA, but ZINC works well with some tribulus for test levels.

Mine were  720 without anything, 1140 on 50mg zinc before bed + 2g of tribulus.
