| I just got it yesterday, been playing it a ton. Really fun. It a great change from starcraft and stuff, especially the change in scale. I mostly play Cybrans and UEF, no Aeon. Anyone else play? |

I bought it, but wasn't overly impressed with it. Played a LAN game with my room mate that was like watching paint dry...the map was so big that it took about 5 minutes for our guys to trundle down the map to attack the computer players. When you zoom out, some of the smaller units just look like dots (running it at 1680x1050). I really enjoyed Total Annihilation, played it for years, but this didn't really grab me, especially compared to C&C 3, which I'm playing a lot. I haven't given up on Supreme Commander, but my first impressions aren't that great. Maybe it's one of those games you really have to play a lot to appreciate. |
