Ok I'm not sure how this works, I'm looking at a .22 supressor for my Ruger .22. There is a good deal on one that is on a Form 3 in Louisiana (Shreveport)

HOw does the transfer work to Utah? Do I have to pay a 200 dollar to Utah and then a 200 to me? Or does it transfer to my local dealer and then 200 dollars to me?

any clue?

He is correct. Form 3 to your dealer, then Form 4 to you.

If it is on a F3 then it goes to your SOT tax free. Then $200 to you.
