Every college program has its ups and downs, some more, some less. What is surprising to me is how a program like Nebraska has been so consistently down without coming back. I'm not even talking about being a contender, just a consistent top-20 program.

Hiring Mike Riley after firing Bo Pelini wasn't the brightest decision either. Bo Pelini was a good coach and when he lost the support of those above (harvey perlman) him is when the wheels came off of his time there. |
