This thread: ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=304766&page=1 got me thinking.... If you were out in the boonies, and you saw what looked like to you a UFO (but was a top secret military plane) at low altitude and you took some shots at it with your AR, I bet the FEDS wouldn't do anything about it even if you hit the plane. IF they were to prosecute you, that would mean they are admitting they have this hi tech super secret military craft and it wouldn't be a secret anymore, huh? |
| No, they would prosecute you with provisos that if you breath one word of whats going on, you do not pass go, do not collect $200, and go straight to jail. Besides, it's not like they would have to give out the technical specs of the Aurora or whatever to prosecute you; 'Experimental Aircraft' would more than likely be enough for any judge. |

There are alot of those places in the CONUS, many of them in plain sight. Remember, the TS community isn't reserved for the development of aircraft. |
