Welcome to about 2 years ago, dipshit. Put in Miserable Failure and you get the exact same thing.
Google doesn't have control over what the results come up as. If a bunch of people link "Miserable Failure" to GWB's biography, Google is going to rank it as the best pick because of it having the most links to that site. |

Its not google doing it. It is a bunch of leftist wackos that put the text into their web pages in such a way that the words get cached and noted so it comes up in a search. Hence the term google-bombing. They are bombing the search engine with key words that they want to relate to something - in this case to say that Pres. Bush is a failure.
