this poor guy explains how his testicles were taken mistakenly. Interviewer can't stop laughing, then the poor guy's wife answers sex question.

I don't think it had to do with his balls but some sort of voice condition. Hell, I can't remember from the original. The host was ruined over this.

It has to be about something other than the guys balls.

If you woke up after surgery and they had removed your balls, your voice would not change. The pitch of your voice is determined by the length of your vocal cords.

Yeah, that can't be about balls...if the guy's voice changed from lack of testosterone, he wouldn't have been able to grow the goatee.

I met a guy who had some kinda vocal condition like that though. Nice guy with the best Mickey Mouse impression I've every heard. Pity he was stuck doing it all the time.
