I know they are super lame among many now, but I have had one for many years. But it's worn out. I would just go buy a random one, but I have a huge head. I wear a 7 7/8 hat. All I want is a an OD hat with Velcro on the front. And not Milspec Monkey.

Why not just use google to find another hat like the one you have ?? Maybe buy more than one this time ??

One thing I've always wanted was for just one "tactical" hat maker to take a cue from 59fifty and make an actual hat. Not some shallow shell adjustable backed piece of shit that fits inches above the ear.
Especially annoying since "tactical" hats I see are often $10-20 more expensive than properly designed well fitting hats. |

Oakley tactical hat
I like the Oakley tactical hat. Velcro on the front only and flex fit. Comes in an OD color along with other colors, I have it in coyote. |

I've bought two hats from Viper Headwear. They're fitted, the fit is great, and they've held up very well so far (admittedly I don't wear them that often but I've had them since 2012).
