If I caught those guys luring kids with ice cream, they might get an ass kicking.
It would be artistic and thought provoking experience where they could explore the dilemas inherent in targeting children for ... well .... anything at all.

I'm quite unnerved by people who bait kids while harboring alterior motives.
Even if those motives appear harmless, shady behavior around children = you deserve whatever you get.
