If you're looking for quality I don't think you're going to find any under $100. Check out this clearviewinvestments.com It's okay stuff, butt it is not cordura or ballistic nylon. Their stuff is mostly made with PVC. |
For general purpose a surplus vest may be just the ticket. You may want to check out the Army/Navy stores in your area. Try a few on and get a better feel for what fits you and your gear. If the prices are unreasonable locally you can then go online with a good idea of what you want and what you're paying for. When it comes to items you wear, try before you buy whenever possible. It's no fun ordering gear not really knowing what to expect until it arrives. Hope I'm not pointing out the obvious, just trying to help. Good luck.

It's good enough to play in. I was actually surprised how druable mine seems. I like it. *note: it was also the one that shotgun news ran in thier gear article a month or so ago. |
