What does it mean to 'tag' a thread and how do you do it?

if you're a team member, you're allowed to "tag" or basically keep bookmarks of threads you like so that you can quickly access them instead of sifting through thousands of posts.

you have to be a team member to tag threads, then you can save the topic to quickly pull it up for viewing later
