I don't know, but in my old Nova Logic tanker game, it was

"TARGET AQUIRED!"

"FIRE HP!"
or
"FIRE HEAT!"

manic moran will be here shortly, but IIRC,

(sabot loaded)

TC:  tank

gunner:  identified

TC:  fire

gunner:  on the way (fires)

loader:  (loads)  up

or my personal fav:

TC:  "driver.  troops.  tracks.  fire and adjust"

I hope that guy dies of cancer, AIDS, and rectal prolapse due to his cellmate's lovin'.

Sorry for the hijack, but I was just thinking of that cum-guzzling oxygen thief today.  Nothing like a guy who wants to help the enemy kill your buddies.

Heh...

or my personal fav:

TC:  "driver.  troops.  tracks.  fire and adjust"

"Close. Driver, tracks, troops. Drive and adjust"

OK. There are six elements to a fire command.

Alert. i.e. this announces that something's coming, and that someone had better listen. The alert would be "Gunner", "Loader", "Red, this is Red 1", or whatever.
Ammunition:

Weapon, to include ammunition number. "240" "Two rounds sabot" "MPAT-AIR" and whatnot.

Description of target. "Tank" "Troops" "Chopper"...whatever.

Directions to target "TRP 2" "On the road" "Traverse left", whatever.

Distance to target "Range One two hundred" "Choke" (Means gunner estimates range using choke sight"), whatever.

Execution... "At my command..." "Fire", "Fire and adjust"

With the exception of description and execution (Or warning), all the above is optional and situation dependent. "Tank! Fire!" is a legitimate fire command.

There are many subvariants of the above, for example you'd say "Index Range One Two Hundred" to input into the fire control computer with the keyboard, or just "Range One Two Hundred" to have the gunner use the reticle on the auxilliary sight. "Fire" is different to "Fire and adjust" as the latter transfers control. "Fire, Fire HEAT" indicates that a change of ammunition is requested.

Other subvariants may depend on who's shooting. For example "Calibre fifty..." is all that is said if the TC's shooting his gun. "Designate, Tank" would be said by the TC if he's slewing the turret using the CITV. If the TC's going to shoot the main gun, it's "Load sabot... On the way"

Now, that's just the fire command. You also have the rules for terminating engagement which will require sensing and a ceasefire, plus the other complications.

So, for the whole sequence, for example:

[Gunner] Tank front! (Announcing he's spotted something)
[TC] Roger. I've a truck too.. Calibre fifty (Bang bang bang) TC Complete. Gunner, sabot tank (TC engages truck from defilate: .50 cal can do that, keeping the tank hidden. Then announcing that he's starting a main gun engagement)
[Loader] Up (Round is ready, gun is armed)
[Gunner] Identified (I have the target)
[TC] Driver move out, gunner take over. (Gunner is to look through the GAS sight to ensure the driver has moved up into the firing position)
[Gunner] Driver, stop!
[TC] Fire
[Gunner] On the way (Boom)
[TC] Over. Re-engage
[Loader] Up
[TC] Fire and adjust. ('And adjust' transfers control of the engagement to the gunner. Gunner is responsible for the sensing and cessation of engagement)
Loader, 240 troops, left. Fire
[Gunner] On the way (Boom)
[Loader] On the way (pop-pop-pop)
[TC] Target, cease fire.
[Gunner] Target, Gunner complete
[TC] Driver, back up

British is pretty smilar.

[TC] Fin, tank, on!
[loader] Loaded!
[Gunner] On!
[TC] Fire
[Gunner] Firing!
[TC] Target, stop.

Or German, as well.

[TC]Schutzenpanzer! Kah-Eh
[Gunner] Vertig
[Loader] Geladen
[TC] Feuer. Em-Zed geladet
[Gunner] Achtung! (Boom)
[TC] Trefferblitz

Basically, though there are minor differences evolved either through just different origins or technology (eg Designate applies only to M1A2, and the British used to say "Firing now" until Challenger 2 with its fire control system that fires when it's ready, so you can't anticipate the boom to be on the 'now'), the overall sequence appears to be pretty similar.
