Ok, so what do you need to make it? Type "tannerite recipe" into Google and click on the first link that comes up (the one on gunco.net) FWIW, it works really well with German blackhead aluminum powder, but the ATF considers that flash powder and it's a bit harder to get your hands on anymore if you go through fireworks shops. Of course, you can get it for less than $25 including shipping from ebay, though. ;) Ammonia Nitrate can be purchased (sometimes) from feed/fertilizer suppliers, but they don't carry much of it anymore. Also, Ammonia urea won't work. It must be Ammonia Nitrate. ETA2: Royster-Clark used to carry AN over in Ohio. I bought a couple 50-lb bags from them a few years ago for $9/each. While it works well for making tannerite, it's also *really* good for greening up your yard, especially when the idiots that put the neighborhood together brought in dirt from 20-feet under with absolutely no nutrients in it at all. Of course, I was mowing about 3X as much as the neighbors after that, though... |

This is a relatively dangerous material when you mix it. Don't eat it, have sex with it, stuff it up your ass, or use with any amount of malt liquor. Don't be a dumbass"
