it may not be effective, but the thought of tasing the undead would be high-larious. yeah, they may not technically "feel" it, as they feel nothing, but its a matter of anatomy and physiology - electricity through muscles cause convulsions.  the noises would be awesome - -   "gwoaaahh zztzzztzzzt gwooooaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!zzztzzztzzzt!!!!mneeeeaaaaaaooooohhh!!!!"

is it even worth carrying a taser around? it would be unnecessary and pretty much worthless i would assume.

maybe if there was a large puddle of water, with a bunch of zombies in it who were chasing you, you could pull an indiana jones move and shoot the water with a taser and zap a bunch at once, to give you some time to escape......

You can carry the taser, I'll carry more ammo.

I'll keep my Taser for when things have settled down enough to have really bad zombie waiters again. Don't wanna' kill 'em, just wanna' get them to bring me my frickin' food while it's still warm!

Depends on the type of zombie......

1. New breed virus/rage zombie=yes

2. Classic reanimated corpse of a dead person=no

A. The new school zombie/virus/rage would still have their neuro-muscular system that the taser affects intact. The old dead body zombies would have had their system shutdown upon death, but who knows....they walk somehow, so a signal has to come from somewhere to fire the tendons/muscles to move.

P.S.- I'll stick to my AR/shotgun WHEN (not if ) it happens.
