If I have a second job do I have to claim that on my taxes. Only made 5700 for the year. I did get a W2 from them.

Yes

ETA: Did both your employers know about the two jobs? if not then your withholdings were probably off and depending on your income from the first job you will probably owe money.

Example: lets say you made $40,000 at your first job and are filing as single. Tax owed would be $3,780 on taxable income of $30,650, this tax should have been deducted from your paycheck by your first employer.

If your second employer didn't know about your first job they wouldn't have withheld income tax as your income is less than the standard deduction. They may also have given you the Federal make work pay credit which you already got from your first job. If both of those are true then your total tax owed would be an extra $1,095 ($4,875 federal income tax on taxable income of $36,350) possibly plus another $400 if you erroneously got the make work pay credit twice.

Yes, and don't lie. The IRS just bought some new 870's.

If you received a W2, so did the IRS.

They like to have things match up, like all the income reported on the W2s for a person appears on their tax return.
