Remember back when the media would refer to rappers by their legal names?
"Calvin Broadus, the rapper known as 'Snoop Doggy Dogg'," the TV anchors would say, with faint disdain. Now they just use their nom-de-ghetto like it's normal. "Chaos broke out at a Lil Woofie performance today". I wonder when the order for that change went down. |
