Everyone has seen "that guy". I'm not going to muddy the waters with I think makes someone "that guy", but I'm curious what makes GD'S eyes go all What was he shooting? ect....

I try to give inexperienced/dumb shooters the benefit of the doubt. They become "that guy" when they start sweeping me and/or others with the muzzle.

Not shooting related, but recently "that guy" is the one doing circles right out from the boat dock making stupid amounts of wake needlessly.
