Intro is about all the research that can be done without permission as it's done from space. The Labyrinth found has been verified by space deep Earth radar, surface ground penetrating radar, and LIDAR. So they're saying this would be the biggest discovery if excavated. This is NOT the one in Crete guarded by a Minotaur, but it's equally impressive. It was located by Petrie in late 1800s survey where he discovered the precision and gave us the majority of information we have today, the Archeology mainstream has stuck with what Petrie wrote combined with Egyptian oral history for the official story. This labyrinth found seems to match the descriptions by Herodotus (BC era documentation). When Petrie discovered it, it wasn't entered because it was flooded at that time, though it was flooded a few years ago, dealing with that by pumping is an idea. Egypt was trying to keep it quiet, the location and details about it and referred everybody to Petrie's work where he only found an entrance that had water and the exact location wasn't precisely known for decades. This video also shows the scans showing pillars under the pyramids going to 80 meter cubes 250 ft below the ground but he doesn't speak on that topic as it seems pretty iffy (Same as me, Egyptian authorities won't allow scans required to get more information but has opened up more surveying of the pyramid structures and design themselves by allowing GPR, muon scanning which was ongoing for over a decade and found a few passages and a couple rooms in the Great Pyramid and other stuff found in other pyramids but not published to the world for "look what I found" shock value like the deep blocks beneath the pyramids were which are kind of guesswork looking at their scans unless they have more data they're not sharing, I can't make heads or tails of it. The labyrinth, however, is like 4k HD comparatively for detail and passages and directions, it is located right next to the Hawara pyramid Jump to about 10 minutes in to get past the "long passages to 80 meter blocks beneath the pyramids" which shows some really fuzzy and not very well documented features". He continues to the 40 minute mark covering all the historical documents and descriptions of the labyrinth from BC to present. Estimated to be 3600 years old [i]by the accounts from Pliny in 50 AD, so that puts it at 5600 years old today, prior to Egypt history started and the giant blocks were still mysteries even then. Also, my question about that place that had the well you walked down into and would rise and fall, made a thread wondering what it was a few months ago. It is shown at 32:44 and it's called The Osireion. Which is like a stone island built on top of 80 ft of water and there are several levels that were explored when water level was lower but now it's higher, it changes decade to decade. High Water:  A few feet lower water:  A different view of it.

I think they are also still thinking how the Brits and the French in the previous centuries walked out of town with the artifacts discovered. An archeologist would rather leave it under the sand than see it walk. Realistically that’s not happening anymore (legally) but then there is the credit of discoveries. The locals don’t want outsiders with money to get even that off their backs. That’s the way I read it as an outsider. |
The only hyphenated names I like are cartridge names......30-06, 30-40, 38-55 etc.

I'll go even farther and say I am immensely bothered by their decision, their approach, their lack of scientific method and willingness to collaborate with the west. ETA - I have issues with that whole side of the world. |

Archeology story/narrative of ancient Egypt literally hasn't changed despite all the evidence found against that story. They (archaeologists & Egypt) took Petrie's books (1894-1905 in 6 volumes), made them "canon" and then directed Egyptian historians to fill in (Seems they understood to "make up the rest"), which they obviously do by glorifying only their kings, when even Petrie is dating things back before the Egyptian dynasties. Most everything else in archeology is similar. Gobleki Tepe in Turkey dated at 45,000 years old they uncovered and we saw ancient things that could have been warnings, then a few "independents" (Not official archaeologists following their dogma) got some imagery and details combined with airplane and space based LIDAR and GPR that show the expanse of that site, and a few months later, they re-buried the latest excavations which weren't published (~ another 10% partial depth) and put a permanent umbrella over the initial 10% they thought was the entire site to make it a tourist attraction. It's everywhere. Fake news has nothing on fake history when we look at the tiny amount of pure hard evidence that still remains, the stories do not line up. This was made abundantly clear when all around the world at their ancient sites, construction methods, tools, and megalithic blocks with no clue how they could have moved them were found. Some dated it to their ancestors and took credit (Egypt), others say they don't know, and others are somewhere between. Though those sites can be aligned in time to show that the world was a lot more connected in commerce than originally thought. Spices and and other oriental products found in South America lines up with it traveling along the Silk Road to Europe as an example. They have very tiny snippets that put them into a ~1000 year era and it's over 12,500 years ago, sometimes far older like Gobleki Tepe dated at 45,000 years old and then hidden again without any explanation why. In addition, there were several other sites in Turkey around Gobleki Tepe, either making a large complex or several villages all built these giant buildings and promptly buried them. It makes no sense to anybody. I have a hunch on that and feel that archaeologists saw something that cuts their stories off at the knees and they don't want it released. There's a good parallel with the information control regarding UFOs. Though I am NOT saying UFOs or aliens were involved in any of this, but the information control methods are extremely similar. Just to fill in, ALL 6 of Petrie's books with photos and lots of diagrams are available for free on Internet Archive as well as a few other from the "free era" where Egypt and Archaeologists didn't need to approve your book lest they bang drums and call you a heathen (seriously, not far from fact). I think I posted a link where they have started digging and found some walls over in the Ancient Architecture thread. I'll look and post if I find it but excavation has started! This isn't it but I'll leave this annoying voice here anyway. There was a post by an actual team in the ground about some findings on X but I must not have posted it.
