Nice.
I've got a Kramer that I bought in 87'. Unfortunately, it's in pieces sitting in a case unused in years. It needs a bunch of work I'm not sure I want to do. |

I’ve been looking into getting a hard tail strat. You should post it in the thread I made for Fender Strats as well. |

Since he left Fender he is back out making guitars under his own name. They are not cheap but his workmanship is second to none.

Here are words you probably never thought you would hear from me: I don't own any of those.
Closest I ever came was a Strat Ultra, but I never did warm up to it and traded it off. |

The super strat is actually a Fender. In memory serves me correctly, super strats started with MIJ Fenders in the mid 80s. Fender put Floyd Rose locking trem and nut with a humbucker in the bridge position. The locking nut used a lever not needing an Allen key. Those were very well made. If you can find one, it would make a nice addition to your collection.

The name has gone on to be a term used by virtually everyone to describe a hot rodded Strat type guitar. Much the same as most all single cuts are referred to as a Les Paul type guitar. But yeah I would love to get one of those. |

I think it looks good as is. But then I like green. I know it isn't a strat (not enough strings etc) but MY green.... |
