I was doing an extradition and saw he was there for a conference with Boeing. We hung out there, had a great time. Good dude, good friend. The AWB ending build party he had was epic, lots of old time members were there. All our shoots at Arizonastan, sitting around drinking single malt, BBQs and BS sessions, good times. Even took a few of us on a tour of the Boeing plant, got to see them building AH64s. Always had a kind word, and a quick smile, one truly kind person. He was last down on the 19th, seemed fine and in good spirits, heard about his passing on the 29th, but didn’t post as the family wanted time to grieve privately. Damn , I’m going to miss him. About the only pic I have of him on my pad, he and my wife at one of our shoots...  I’ll get on my PC later and post up some good ones. |

Fuck! Steve was a great dude. He was a big part of what got me out to a AZHTF shoot. The FREEZE one, that was a great time. I wish I had kept touch a bit better now of course. I have some good memories of shooting and shooting the shit with Steve. The first 50BMG and 22lr suppressed I got the chance to shoot were both his. Rest In Peace Steve / Winston_Wolf |

Dang I've been here long enough that I should visit this forum occasionally. I shot with him once at a training class. Nice guy. Liked his posts also. I am belatedly sad to hear of his passing.
