Heard today it is showing in like 150 theaters nationwide and has brought in $300k of the $21 mil it cost to make. It was shelved for a year.

It is doing badly not because of Mel, but because of the kind of movie it is. People who go to the movie theater don't want to go out of their way to see something like this. They want a fun action packed film.
