I had every bit of my family's personal information (SSN's, birthdates, adresses, etc etc etc) stolen by the Chinese last week it seems.
I've spent the better part of two days locking down everything, changing passwords, setting up crazy security, etc. Credit reports were already on complete Freeze so no worries there. It seems the biggest risk are faked tax returns (also handling that with the IRS and State) and people going to the doctor pretending to be me. But the good news is that it will only last the life of myself, the wifey and my children.

After looking at the budget with a microscope, we are going to be $324 in the red every month after our son gets here. I want to sell/trade my truck for something 1/3 or 1/2 the price. My wife is 2 weeks away from delivery and I don't know if I want to tell her before or after.
I think she knows we fucked up, but hasn't accepted it yet.

My w2 was "lost" in the mail and am worried about what may happen and for how long) Pm if willing to share and hope everything goes well. On topic my biggest problem (of many) is needing a truck for work and unable to find the one I really want/need. (Can only afford to do this once). |
