Also, I prefer trains to planes if possible.

I wish, last time I was on a plane I got a window seat, I was happy, until the guy who sat next to me got there, 300lbs at least, and I'm not exaggerating even a little bit.

I flew first class on Etihad from Sydney to Abu Dhabi. It was amazing. Even business and economy class on Etihad is worlds better than US airlines. Probably the best airline I've ever flown.

Flew Virgin Pacific Business Class to Australia last year... Seat reclined to a bed, cool lighting that graduated from sunset to starry sky to sunrise, tons of space, excellent food and a smokin' set of stewardesses.

Americans want the lowest ticket price possible. Regardless of what has to be cut to achieve that price.

I did not see anywhere that plane goes I would want to ride unless it goes from Texas to Australia direct.
All that Abu Dhabi, Singapore business they can keep.
I am headed to Africa in April and I think we have to stop in one camel rider country and I don't like it one bit.
