Of all the tasty animals that I routinely devour, I would have to say that the pig is the tastiest. Now, I do not mean to disparage the turkey, the chicken, the cow, the fish, the lobster or the crab. They are all very tasty animals to be sure, but the pig may be my favorite. Think of all of the wonderful foods that come from the pig: 1. Pork Sausage 2. Bacon 3. Pork Chops 4. Pork Steaks 5. Pork Roast 6. Ham 7. Pulled Pork 8. Pork Ribs I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it. |

Personally, I don't care for pig. It's just one of those animals that I can't really eat. I don't quite know why, but it's like eating a squirrel. Sure, I'd do it if I were starving, but I couldn't really eat it in a normal situation. Same thing with some of those "delicacies" like sheep's eyeball or beef pizzlers or rocky mountain oysters. And yeah, there are people who genuinely love to eat squirrel or rocky mountain oysters. By all means, go for it! That just means more beef for me. And beef truly is the king of meats. Think of all the delicious foods that come from our friend the cow. Hamburger, steaks of various cuts, pot roast, brisket, corned beef, beef carpaccio, kubideh and chenjeh kabobs, kobe beef, beef ribs, London broil, beef jerky, even the humble meatloaf, and the variety of cuts roasted to perfection and served off of swords at that manliest of restaurants, the churrascaria. |

I am king of the pig! www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=588655 |
As Emeril Legasse says "Pork Fat Rules!" Nuffin better for a snack than some well make, salty pork cracklins and a just o' chocolate milk. Any anything is better cooked in Pork Fat! apples fried in bacon grease and rolled in powdered sugar!!! |

The "H&K" (that actually sells to civilians) of pork purveyors-mouth watering German ham and sausage goodness: www.stiglmeier.com/ Makes me want to make a pilgrimage to Wheeling, IL just thinking about it. |
I've lost 20 pounds since last year, and I've been walking 2.5-4 miles per day. I won't guarantee it, but I'm in a better position to go 15 miles than I was last year, and last year I did 10. |
Excellent! |
