If this has been said already I am sorry for beating a dead horse. But the ABC agencies went to this house and cut out a stump that was supposedly used for target practice. Now come on folks this was in a duplex. Which means it was in the city. I would imagine it would be illegal to fire a gun in the city (I’m sure it is everywhere)? So how come none of the neighbors ever said anything when they set up the tip line or anything like that about their neighbors using a stump for target practice in the city? I mean I am very pro gun but if my neighbor was target practicing in his back yard you better believe I am going to talk to him about it, just for the safety of family and myself. Then if he still doesn’t stop I would think a call to the police would be needed wouldn’t you? Or do you guys not mind your neighbor target practicing in his postal stamp size back yard?
