I guess i'm missing the point.. but what would be the benefit of stripping the bark off the logs on the spot? The limbs I understand.. I would figure there has to be some benefit of transporting the logs with the bark left on unless they were going to be processed on-site. Not to mention the clean up of the bark on the ground in the area. |

Looks like Europe They strip the bark becausemost of the trees to to make paper(wood pulp) Timber is usually imported from Canada, they call it CLS. |
