Siberian gulag escapees walk 4000 miles overland to freedom in India. Anyone seen it? The premise is intriguing. After you watch it, you'll feel like you just walked 4,000 miles. Snoozefest, and there is some debate that the author of the memoir may have been poseriffic. |

Yup, decent flick but if you demand constant action and explosions you'll think it's boring. Another similar movie is As Far As My Feet Will Carry Me, which is about a German escaping Siberia and going 8000 miles in 3 years...a true story. I watched this Movie - it was very good in my opinion. Where did you watch it. I had no clue they released it in the US as it was mainly in German and Russian and some others but no subtitles. as for the way Back I have not watched it yet always wanted to. |
