Is this some kind of call for a single party state ? (I assume the republican party would be the only one allowed) Or is it, that you still want a multi-party 'democracy', but where one party (republican) stays in power forever. [Like Singapore] inquiring minds want to know....... |

I am starting to know how good German people must have felt in the 1930's, or even the good people living in imperial Russians before 1917. They saw an impending societal tidal wave, and just imagine what must have gone though their minds.

Have no further association with people who cannot, or will not, distinguish between 'thinking' and 'feeling.' Afraid that the division is already absolute, and all issues will be resolved, or not, at the regional level. Many fine women are paying attention to these issues. They tend not to be the kind of women one might consider entertainment, only. |

Liberals suffer from utopian fantasies. When you disagree with a Liberal you aren't merely suggesting an alternative solution. In the mind of a Liberal you are standing in the way of their rainbow train to paradise and you must be destroyed.
The Republicans need to start playing hardball and start really fighting the Left. They have to break the back of Education and Media. These are the strongholds of Cultural Marxism. 1) Allow student loans to be dischargable by bankruptcy. Banks will be more cautious about loaning money for college. The cash for worthless degrees will dry up. Leftist profs will be layed off. 2) Push for a la carte cable channel choice. The Republican party can portray itself as middle class saviours while at the same time cutting off funds to the more leftist media outlets. E.g. people that just want to watch ESPN and FNC won't have to subsidise MSNBC, CNN, and Oxygen. |

I used to tolerate members of my family that were liberals.
We would agree to disagree on certain subjects, and try to find something in common to talk about. I realized the only thing we had in common was a last name. I don't speak to them anymore and I don't miss them. |
