Hour to an hour and a half on the tread mill. Just a good walk, not running. 3.8 or 3.9 mph. Lifting a few times a week. Not heavy, just to keep some muscle mass. Upped my protein intake, cut out almost all carbs, and suger. After I dropped around 35 pounds, I started lifting heavier. Now that I am at the weight I feel good at, I've been lifting more and reducing the cardio. Been eating abit more for muscle gain. |
