170 pounds. 32" waist. 50 pounds lighter.

I have a great time at work. Last night I dragged two pot smoking hippies out at the same time. One under each arm.

I mean, if you dragged out every pot smoking concert goer... well the place would be damned near empty. I know when I'm driving home after, I got windows rolled down no matter the weather to try to air my shit off. Purple haze, brah.

I caught them earlier in the night and warned them. When I caught them the second time, one of them tried to run from me.
In a venue that holds 2200 people.
He ran in to someone and almost knocked them over.

Play stupid games and all that.

Good job, I need to do the same for myself. Im currently 230 and want to get down to atleast 180, been working out to gain muscle for the past 6 months, but its time to lean out.



What did you do to lose the weight?

Short version:
First thing was cut out beer and soda.
Stopped eating by 8:00pm. Gym around 9 or 10am. Work out on an empty stomach. Hour to an hour and a half on the tread mill. Just a good walk, not running. 3.8 or 3.9 mph. Lifting a few times a week. Not heavy, just to keep some muscle mass. Upped my protein intake, cut out almost all carbs, and suger.
After I dropped around 35 pounds, I started lifting heavier.
Now that I am at the weight I feel good at, I've been lifting more and reducing the cardio.
Been eating abit more for muscle gain.

so essentially intermittent fasting with a fasted workout. definitely a great way to cut fat.
