something tells me I am missing alot not having cable

actually most of the swamp crews around here are pretty good.

Now the guy with a rusted out bulldozer with a chain, a trailer with 3 wheels and an old dumptruck buying trees out of peoples yards on the other hand

we normally have 160~200 notifications a year, its been three weeks since the last one....

Whats going on is they are showing the collapse of the timber markets.  Loggers going out of business and mills closing.

Funny, my wife says "You come home, complaining about your job,  how bad it sucks right now and how  you want to be doing something else, yet to relax,  you turn on the the TV and watch a show ABOUT THE JOB THAT VERY SAME JOB!!"

I've seen swamp loggers. They dramatize it a lot, IMO. Wood will always be in demand in America. The market has It's ups and downs.... just like all building materials. The swamp loggers get the tracts that are the most difficult and often bring out Cyprus/Cedar type wood that is a specialty wood.
(at least around here). I can see the market tanking on Cyprus as it's used in high end furniture and veneer.

I did my bathroom in tongue and groove CYPRESS.  It's a nice wood to work with.
