Try it while holding a lit flare. |

Quoted: Guy earned it; don't feel bad. Quoted: Quoted: I know I shouldn't laugh at somebody else's pain, but damn that is full as hell! It would seem that the reason to get him down is so he won't hurt himself or anybody else. Blinding him with pepper spray should do it. Watch the video. I doubt he got anything worse than singed hair. |

In AMERICA is says right on the can it's flammable. Everywhere else, not so much. You would think a Mud Puppy would know that. Quoted:

That cop is a fucking moron. It says right on the damn bottle it's flammable and in any class they warn its flammable. In AMERICA is says right on the can it's flammable. Everywhere else, not so much. You would think a Mud Puppy would know that. The stuff we use at work isn't flammable. We also use the same type at my unit which is a MP company. |

I am not sure if there are additional pics but is it possible that he was getting sprayed and then sparked the flare. I haven't seen the order of operations here. Watch the video from the OP, cop sprayed soccer hooligan who was already holding a lit flare ETA: I'd give major kudos to anyone who actually managed to light a flare while in the process of getting pepper-sprayed. Most people cringe / ball up and cry like little bitches. |

Burns are the worst pain you will ever feel physically. <snip> do you even get tazed, bro? i have experienced being burned, tazed, mace, kidney stones and have broken dozens of bones. the heirarchy of pain is 1. KIDNEY STONES. nothing will cause you more pain 2. tazer. it feels like your skin is burning and there is noting you can do but lay there and twitch,. 3. being burned: it is terrible. 4: broken ribs. it only hurts when you breath. 5. mace: it sucks, but what do you expect from a chemical agent. |
| Meh. That is a scene that most Americans wouldn't appreciate. Hooligans at the games make for a lot of entertainment. They are loud and beat their drums the entire game... And it is generally very controlled. Casual fans are not allowed to get tickets in those seats. |

Try having too much water taken from you at dialysis. You will wish you had kidney stones. |

Why is that funny? If I have to explain it to you Data you aren't gonna get it. No. I don't think burning someone is LOL. Watch the video. He didn't get burned. The flame lasted less than a second and someone snapped that pic at exactly the right time. He might have shit his pants and smelled a little hair burning though. ETA: I had something similar happen years ago, not involving pepper spray or police. It burned some hair off of my arm and scared the hell out of me. No burns to the skin though. |

Since the Taser came out, I haven't seen a single one that was flammable anymore. Where are you taking classes on this that says its flammable? Maybe they have the old school stuff there. Either way, I guy with a flare (that drips molten material) isn't fun to be around. Not saying this was the solution either. |

well played.
