You should be able to re-use the cable distribution wiring - it is likely some variety of RG-6.
As far as the antenna, look at http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx, key in your address and decide which signals you want to receive and whether you want to use a rotator-mounted antenna. You may want to get a distribution amplifier and/or antenna mast-mounted preamplifier as well. |
