Good 2nd sunday yesterday. Power raked and overseeded the lawn, even did the boulvard which has always been just weeds. Hopefully it takes. Found a few more saplings growing in the hosta garden on the north side of the house so I potted those up as potential bonsai. 3 cedars, one amur maple and what I think is a norway maple. |

pic of my dwarf spruce from late spring of this year
 I've got it in a better pot now and have been working on wiring the branches. Spruce dont really seem to want to hold branch position after wiring well at all so I need to do some re-thinking on how i want to shape it. Probably re-pot in another 2 years or so and start working on getting some good surface root structure. Pic of when I first got the dwarf spruce in 2020

Friend of mine won't visit me because he's afraid his house looks like an abandoned property, thinks people will break in, start stealing stuff and spray graffiti on the outside.
