Is it just me or does Time Magazine have a gun lover for a photographer? The last several issues have some great "action shots" of weapons. I know that we at war now and the coverage may have picked up, but these are some great pics! It weird that with all the TV and internet news service that a magazine would still have the right stuff. Good Work Time! |

The editors at TIME magazine plainly stated in an editorial about 5 years ago that they would no longer remain "neutral" in the gun control debate and would actively support restrictive gun laws. The money you pay for the magazine just to get "cool" gun pics is helping them take away your RKBA. |

Maybe I see things different. My wife is a photographer and I guess I judge the book on it cover instead of it's content? Well anyway if you feel like you should NOT see any photos from Time then by all means hit your back button NOW! TIME magazine only shows guns being used by the military and bad guys. They know that good guys have no need for guns. They are subtly reinforcing the notion that semi-automatic rifles are only appropriate for the military, unless you are a terrorist. People see pictures like these, and then see your AR, and immediately freak out. "That guy has the same gun that the Palistinian used!" You may call it 'good publicity', but I call it 'propaganda by saturation'. Oh, and checking out TIME magazine for pics of guns is like checking out National Geographic for nudie pics. [stick] |

Quoted: Anyone old enough to remember squinting at the bra and panty pics in the Sears and Roebuck catalog hoping to see "something"? "Dude, that's definitly a nipple!" "No way!" "Hey guys, I can see her pu$$y!" "Shut up faggot, that's just a shadow." -dude! LOL! [:D] |

I find myself unable to tell you the PEQ-2 is not "TIE-WRAPPED" to the handguard. Wish I could see this guy's night-scope mount ! (Yeah, I know he may be using NV goggles.) |

Good Work Time! I can think of a couple of possibilities: 1) An editor with "balls." 2) Management that has noticed FOX News quick climb based on middle-of-the-road reporting. I pick number (2) |

Please tell me the PEQ laser is not TIE-WRAPPED to the handguard It is indeed- one tie wrap and a pice of 51/50 cord. Great stuff. Personaly I'd 100mph tape it to the guard if anything, but I can see the lad catching hell from some old armourer about that. I dont know what exactly a PEQ laser is, but its funny, his weapon looks JUST like the one I've right here (sans the bayo lug, and with a longer barrel) with my DVD remote tied to it.........naah....the wife would get awful mad ^_^ Amir |
