Thank God I'm moving back to Texas in 2 months, Keep reading this thread and you will understand why I'm posting this, Right now I live in Minneapolis and hope you never have to live here as a gun owner, last week I took my son to Park Nicolet ( a HMO health center)for some shots that he needed because the school said he missed them at the begining of the school year, before they gave him the shots he was handed a form to fill out, not for me to fill out, while he was filling it out I look over at it and noticed some of the question's, normal ones to ask a kid, do you wear a helmet when riding a bike ? do you look both ways when crossing the street ? and then there was one I saw, I about blew a head gasket, Is there any guns at your house ? What business is it of a damn HMO if my wife or I have any firearms ? there was no other question about gun safety or what would a kid to do if he comes across a firearm, to make it worse he had to sign this before he got the shots ! I don't know if I did the right thing or not, but I keep my mouth shut, If any of you live in Minnesota, and belong to this or any HMO can you explain to me what is this about ? Thank God I'll be back in Houston Area in 2 months, at least you can get CHL in Texas |
