Anyone use this for a home gym setup? Despite being sold on TV by our boy Chuck initially, it does seem like a solid product once you hit the XLS line.

its a good piece of equipment.  like anything the more you use it the more beneficial it is.

You are going to get a lot of advice from people who actually work out and look like it to get a squat rack with a pull up bar and a flat bench.

He does look pretty fucking good for being in his 70s, though.

OP I don't know how much you have researched or what your goals are, but NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING I have tried in my 40 years of life has changed my body for the better than doing the basic barbell movements and adding a little weight to the bar each time.

IMO anything else is more or less a complete waste of time.  At least it was for me.
