How about for those that don't believe in the Bible, look at it like an Aesop Tale. The moral of the story, the bigger , badder, or smarter you think you are...there's someone or thing to put you back into your place and show you, you don't know shit. What I find amusing is that so many want to bash someone about a reference to the Bible, yet everyday science proves that the Bible is right about things. Good example it tells about food prep/animals and cleanliness, doctors/chefs still use those basic methods to this day.
Then there's the fact of many here that wish/support kids saying the Pledge of Allegiance in school, yet follow the same asshole argument the Dems. do to people that actually believe in God. I mean seriously if God or the Bible offends you amendment protectors so much, wouldn't you be better off at DU? |
