Okay, so I keep seeing these ads about the new Traffic TV-series "..based on the Academy Award winning movie..." But the movie was based on a British TV-series (by the same name.) So shouldn't it be "..based on the Academy Award winning movie, based on the award winning series..."? TV's reinventing the wheel here - I'd rather see the original than the American re-hash. Got a feeling the original would be more authentic. |
