Though, the distinction is largely political. The coat of arms is clearly for Ukraine, though, but the term zacarpathia is generally used for a historical region that goes beyond the current borders. EDIT: Welcome to arfcom, BTW. I think you may be the first Lithuanian we have had in a while. |
