I am with you on taking the high road generally; if there are peaceful counter-protests planned, those would be a great and constitutionally-protected response. Charlie Kirk would 100% approve of peaceful counter-protest, and dialog. That was central to his message, I believe. I also feel we need to respond to this whole (what do we call “no kings” ?? A movement??), on many levels (all lawful, of course). On line, in person, etc. respond to this “no kings” nonsense; just keep all responses lawful and peaceful. |

| I noticed during the last set of protests that they staggered the times so that their paid agitators could be at more than one event on the same day. At least that's what they did locally. Each event lasted 90 minutes with enough time to drive to the next one before it started. They're doing it again this time. I went and had a look at our local dingbats last time. I don't know if they're just stupid or if someone did an ultimate troll but a bunch of them were walking around with professionally printed signs that read "Lincoln was a Democrat". They didn't get out of line or act violently or anything. That wouldn't last long around here and they know it. |
Here in the Commonwealth of Virginia, we can still get these Tea Party license plates, like this: If someone you know says or posts on Social Media about going to the march, you could ask them: “ - you mean The Tea Party ? “ since we can all agree that was one of the original “no kings” |
