[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Trump gets it (Page 1 of 2)

Previous Page
/ 2
Next Page
7/29/2016 10:44:27 AM EDT

Here is part of the reason I have determined Trump is my candidate this cycle. We worked too long to make the gains we have experienced in recent years in spite of a hostile administration. Not voting, or voting for a candidate other than Trump, to me, seems like a disservice to everyone who has been engaged in the fight for our right to keep and bear arms. It also disrespects the legacy of Justice Scalia, the best friend and ally we've ever had.

If you have any doubt, take a look at this position paper. https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/second-amendment-rights

That is all.

I think he did a TV show in the 80s with Robin Leach.  Kinda a frequent guest thing like Charles Nelson Reilly.

Haven't seen him since, though.  Figured he went into live theater or something.

Really, your mind is made up by a position paper that he had someone write for him, he has never read the constitution, and if asked he could not tell you what his "position" paper even says.

His 2nd amendment stand is as genuine as his pro-life stand.

He supports gun-control candidates and he supports planned parenthood.

But hey if you want to vote for the draft dodging democrat plant hillary supporting con man, rock on

The delusions continue, the nevertrumpers still think a "principled conservative" would have had a legit chance in a 2016 general given todays electorate, it's that
kind of utter disconnect from reality that keeps them dug in.
The last two elections the GOP ran essentially blue dog democrats and they were steamrolled, the "principled conservatives" in both previous primaries were complete
non starters, the only reason Ted even made a ripple in the primary is because of who he was up against, other non starters.

The GOP of Reagan and the conservative movement died in 2008, end of story. The electorate has changed too much and is still changing by the day. The only shot
we ever had was a wildcard like Trump, who could remake the entire party in a different image, his image, a populist image, and then apply conservative principles and
prove to a rapidly changing electorate that they really work and the GOP isnt the party of racist europeans and uneducated whites that the socialists paint it to be.

This whole election was over years ago, we should all be cupping Trumps nutsack right now, NO OTHER CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE HAD A PRAYER AGAINST HILLARY!!!!

And please, please, enough with the "he has supported dems in the past and liberal policy positions" you just sound as stupid as you are, take a moment and let this sink in,
WHEN YOUR RUNNING A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR GLOBAL ENTERPRISE YOU GREASE WHOEVER HAS POWER, YOU ARE A CHAMELION, YOU SUPPORT ANYONE OR
