I openly laughed when he announced he was running. I said he was a clown with no chance. I also said there was no way Obama could win the presidency.
I was a Cruzer for a long time but eventually saw the light. Go Trump. |

As all the liberals heads explode i sit back and smile.
Now lets take this one home |

Congrats. Happy he managed to win the nomination. He wasn't my preferred candidate (Mine was Cruz) but I'm glad there's no risk of a brokered convention. We all know how that would have went. Trump now needs to turn up the heat, and come out absolutely fucking swinging haymakers at Hillary. He needs to call her out on everything, and not let up one bit until after he destroys her and wins the election. View Quote And don't leave one iota of lies, corruption and treasonous behavior out dammit! She needs to be pounded into a pulp of shit for all to see. |

Now we get to watch him burn down Hillary and stomp on the Washington playhouse of the chamber of commerce. It's going to be the delicious revenge small government Republicans have wanted for years.

Technically he has not won the nomination till the convention. That said, is very much the presumed nominee and nothing short of a fatal heart attack or a disqualifying event will probably stop it (convection of a felony - like child rape).

Unpossible!! I heard it right here on this very site that he would never get the delegates to be nominated before the convention.
Romney in a landslide!!! |

View Quote The majority of that anti-Trump attack ad money came from Republican GOPe PAC's and loser candidates. The Democrats love it. |

We're in for months of what's going to be the ugliest, dirtiest campaign in US history. The Clinton machine vs the Donald and his Twitter account. It's going to be like having a seat at a Roman Circus Maximus. Soon the "Are you not Entertained" memes will start popping up daily.
Didn't Mark Twain say "If voting mattered they wouldn't let us do it"? |

I'm the fool that honestly thought Obama wouldn't get elected. Oops on that one Who knew so many Republicans would sit on their brains and do nothing on election day? 3 million Republicans simply did not vote like they did the last election. This is what happens when you put up beta male RINO (GOPe) candidates. They can't win. |

No one has ever gotten the delegates to be nominated before the convention. Listen, you can move the goal posts all you want now, but Cruzbots specifically said the following: 1) Wait till Nevada 2) Wait till Ohio 3) Wait till Washington 4) Trump will drop out 5) Trump will NEVER REPEAT NEVER get 1237 delegates. 6) Trump will not win the nomination. 7) It will be a contested convention and Trump will lose after not securing the first ballot. I can go get those quotes for you if you like. |

This is really interesting, the whole timeline of events. When he announced that he's running, people thought it would be a few weeks or maybe months-worth of entertainment. When he showed up at the Iowa State Fair to give rides in his helicopter, I saw it flying over our house a few times and thought that was neat. And I wondered when he was going to drop out. I was about 8 feet away from Fiorina at the fair and didn't know it until a bunch of cameramen rushed past me. Nobody seemed too interested in her. She dropped out soon after. Then everyone else just kept getting picked off. He's the Juggernaut, bitch. Can't stop that shit. People have been wondering if this is all just a clever ruse to help the Democrats. Trump has doubled down. I've been watching from the sidelines, entertained by all of this. But it seems that the cautious optimism of him getting the nomination has now come to solidify as real life and things are sinking in. He needs to be supported. Stop the butthurt over Cruz. Shut the fuck up about Gary Johnson. Solidify, support him, and we get the lesser of the evils with our political choice. Gun owners and freedom loving Americans that enjoy Capitalism and the free market have the best long term chances with this candidate. View Quote As I said months ago, Trump created his own self fulfilling prophecy. |

....... and at the national republican convention. cruz, rubio and kasich are huddled together, in a distant corner. ignored by the masses, they talk in whispers, while furtively looking around... coming to an agreement, they storm the stage, shouting "We have delegates! We're not going to release them unless we are heard! We're IMPORTANT!" trump looks up from signing people's memorabilia, stares briefly at the podium, says "So ????" and returns to signing things. edit.... dejected at the result of their claim of delegates, jeb moves to cuba, and lives in a shack on the beach rubio goes back to miami, where he traverses the circuit of gentleman's clubs kasich tries to get a job with the USPS, but finds out he's not qualified to be a mailman. in shame, he ends up sweeping the floor at usps facilities so he can claim he works for the postal service like his dad. |

I wondered how serious he really was when he announced. I still wonder how serious even he thought he was. I am actually looking forward to a non politician in the white house who has proven himself in the business world. As long as he respects the constitution It will be very fun (for better or worse) to watch him go to work.

Good for him, I guess. I really thought it was more of a stunt than anything, but I was wrong about that. Remains to be seen if he'll be a worthwhile candidate or not. Maybe I'll get to eat a slice of humble pie. I doubt it, but I guess we'll see. View Quote I thought it was a stunt too. |

I never thought in a million years we'd see Zero for a second term. Never underestimate the stupid of America. I just hope Trump doesn't screw this up. After years of nominating people who could run as democrats, the republican base threw in the towel and nominated an actual democrat. |
