What is required to purchase nfa items?  will just my certificate of trust suffice?  or do I need to include my trusts assets as well?  I ask because my revocable trust states everything I own, but makes no exact detail mention of my property, bank accounts, house, land, etc. the last thing i want to do is lose $200 bucks because I left something out.

anyone who has recently used a trust to transfer nfa please inform me?

Sounds like your trust is not even worth $200.
Real property must be transfered into the trust by executing a new deed of conveyance.
Titled vehicles require a title change.
Bank accounts and such need to be changed.  no bank is going to allow any action based on the document you have.
Failing to transfer assets correctly into thte trust is a common mistake.
