So the window latch on the rear door of my 2004 Tundra (Access Cab) broke. I've found a site that tells me how to replace it, but I can't seem to find the part anywhere.
This is the "vent" window that pops open with the little folding latch. Anyone know a source? |

I happened to be researching this today and found a fix. Both of my side window latches have gone out within the last two weeks.
Try this zip tie fix. http://www.lostride.com/toyota-tundra-or-tacoma-pop-out-window-latch-repair/ I found this site an hour ago while searching for info on this but i'm all out of zip ties to fix mine. A more solid fix for the weak latches are these billet hinges. Unfortunately they are out of stock. http://jsimotorsports.com/index.php/products/interior-accessories/billet-window-hinges.html |

Will give it a whirl before springing for a new latch and pulling the door panel. |
