| This is my Thanksgiving mission. Who has cooked one and what tips can you give. I have the wild turkey shot with a bow. I'm going to shoot the duck this weekend season or not and i guess i'll have to buy a chicken. Sounds great. |

| You do need to slow cook it for 12-13 hours at about 190 degrees I believe, but it is so worth it. My brother is doing another one this year for thanksgiving. The link that was provided is the best one there is. I wish you luck ,like I said it is alot of work. You'll need one day just in deboning all the birds. I am thinking about doing this for new years eve. |
