I just got a new computer that has a 250gb SSD and a 750gb HDD.  For my steam games, is there any way to install some steam games onto the SSD and some on to the HHD?  I don't want to fill the SSD up with a bunch of games that I don't play, I'd rather dedicate it to some of the core games I'll be playing the most often or that generally have longer load times.

Doesn't look like it unless you have two instances of steam saved, one on each hard drive.

you can set multiple "libraries" in steam.

one on the spindle and one on the ssd.

choose which library to install it to when you install a game.

top menu "Steam" -> Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders.

Thank you!  I figured there was probably a way but I couldn't find anything.  I was trying to do by dragging and dropping.
