Who's ordering the fight and who are you rooting for? I really want to see tito get his punk ass beat down... |
|
Here's my review of the fights that I saw... I came in at the Franca/Sherk bout so here it is... Franca/Sherk... Sherk needs to stop lay and praying... BOOOOOORING. Seriously, lets see some badass elbows and shit on the ground. Tito/Rashad... Great fight... alot of people are saying this sucked because of the draw, however I contend that it was awesome because of the draw. Rashad needed that last round to get the draw and had he not taken down Tito at the very end I'm not sure if he would have gotten it. Looking forward to Tito/Rashad II. Silva/Marquart... Silva showed he is a beast once again. Seriously, this guy belongs in a cage. Coincidentally, he fights in one. Florian/Whoever the fuck... Why the fuck was this the last fight? Who cares? KenFlo won, big whoop, now he's gonna get laid and prayed on by Sherk again. ETA: Overall it was a card that didn't really deliver to all the hype of the names involved, although from what I heard, Big Nog vs. Herring was fricken awesome. |
Are you sure it was the last fight? Sometimes they replay the undercards after the main fight on PPV. |
It was the last LIVE fight. Bruce Buffer made an announcement after Silva/Marquardt that there was one more fight in the evening. |
The Hooters I went to said this was the last time they were showing a UFC PPV event. Something to do with costs. |
A few thousand per event, depends on where all is carrying it in area and what your seating range is. Some will try and get them under normal home price, those companys have people who investigate and fine your provider and you if they catch your bar doing that, |
I've been watching since UFC 1. Does that mean anything? Is my stature raised now? ![]() There is no doubt Sherk works hard, but I'd still have his ass tested. If I was DW I'd institute a no boring fight clause: If your fight ends in a decision due to apathy or lack of sack then your paycheck is raffled to an audience member. |
