I believe most polls/survey have self described liberal woman reporting being mentally ill and on various drugs at a 50+ percent rate. Everyone is in therapy which probably just reinforces their narcissism that it is all about them and no concern for those around them. We are a deeply broken society. I know a couple liberal women that need those daily pill containers that old folks used to use to manage their various medicines. 12+ pills a day for one. Yes, she is nuts. |

Nobody is presenting the husband as the killer in court as a way to create reasonable doubt, there is no reasonable doubt as to who the killer is. This is an entire narrative that no one involved in the case is presenting. This is a social media invention. Not an element of a structured legal argument. The legal argument is over how long she goes away for, and in what type of institution. Guilt is not the legal question in the actual real world. Yet, women have been mentally captured by what I can only safely assume is an intentional influence operation, a psyop. if that is the case, a social media campaign is manipulating the bedrock structure of our legal system, which is a foundational element of a stable, safe(ish) and productive society. Gee I wonder who would want to see the American society crumble? This is a sociological five alarm fire. A house divided against itself, cannot stand. |

If her lawyers presented this theory I'd understand. in a shitty case sometimes you just need one juror to believe your wild ass theory, thats a legit strategy for a defense lawyer doing his ethically required job. I don't like it but it is an accepted method. nobody is claiming, in court, that she didn't do it. so either this is some international level influence campaign or her lawyers are secretly pushing this as a means of jury tampering by proxy. either way the fact that its working should make everyone shit a 3 foot green brick. |

I’d immediately contact a divorce lawyer and start figuring out the best way to guard the kids and assets with zero hesitation. How could you even feel safe with someone like that having access to you while you sleep or even just access to your food? I’d separate ASAP for my own safety. They sympathize with her because they also have homicidal urges. |

I’ve not followed this case closely. Even the broad strokes comes off as premeditated and the psychosis claim comes off as bullshit. I’ll say I fell into a dark place about 10 years ago from a job situation that deteriorated of the course of a few months. I’d never experienced level of depression or suicidal ideation like that and I was shocked how fast you can have a nervous breakdown. I’d been a happy go lucky guy my entire life up until that. It didn’t click until I went to my doctor about how I was feeling and he asked “are you having homicidal fantasies too (along with the suicidal ones)?” that o realized THAT was what depressed felt like. I had been fantasizing about killing my boss. My point is here I understand the sentiment women attracted to in this situation, your mind spiraling out and doing something rash under stressful situations but, one, it doesn’t absolve you of responsibilities of your actions, two, this bitch is obviously making up the psychosis to get away with it. I can’t believe there is most likely going to be a mistrial. |

I guarantee most of the tiktok criers only post shit like that on TikTok where their self selected, reinforcing group will give positive attention for it, and wouldn't dare display their awful behavior on, say, facebook where their mother and cousins would see it. |

Yeah, there’s about 5 different ways the jury could decide, beyond a hung jury. ETA - I hate ai slop too but I don’t want to type it all out so… you’ll take yer ai slop and like it. ![]() Guilty of First-Degree Murder: This conviction carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Guilty of Second-Degree Murder: This conviction carries a life sentence but includes the possibility of parole after a set number of years. Guilty of Manslaughter: This is a lesser-included offense that would result in a substantial prison term but a lesser penalty than murder. Not Guilty by Lack of Criminal Responsibility (Insanity): If the jury agrees that postpartum psychosis rendered her unable to appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions, she would be acquitted of criminal charges. However, she would not walk free; she would instead be committed to a secure state psychiatric facility. Not Guilty: A straight acquittal on all charges. |

My very first post on this thread was "she should be put down like a rabid dog and for the same reason". My only point was how self selection of what kind of content you consume is what led to the insane supporters this monster has, because they consume "motherhood is hard, i hate my kids, woe is me" slop like we consume arguments about G triggers vs the MBT. It's hard for us to understand how she has supporters, but social media is 100% responsible for the phenomenon. |

I'm approaching this as I am fully aware I do not 100% know all the facts of this case. I'd like to know a few things and would like to understand or see proof of the following. When officers arrived on scene was the father ever questioned on why they found 2 dead children and a 3rd almost dead along with a woman who appeared to have jumped, fallen, or thrown from a window? If so was there ever body cam footage of these interactions? If I was an officer responding I'd definitely want to approach things as if this could be anything from a domestic assault to a home invasion, to her murdering her kids. Did they question any of the above scenarios or jump right to man this mom must of killed the kids and jumped out the window. Was there not an autopsy of the children? Even 5 year old can cause defensive wounds to an assailant. What evidence existed that they deemed it wasn't necessary to determine exact cause and time of death for a crime that potentially had no witnesses or a witness who was crazy enough to attempt to take her own life and jump out a window. Was the husband ever suspected at all in the beginning when the murders first happened and if so was the jury shown evidence of this questioning? Was the husband's alibi, and phone and computer forensic ever shown to the jury? These are all allegations on why the conspiracy theories are running rampant on social media. Me personally I believe she killed her kids while suffering from PPD which I've experienced 1st hand as my wife suffered through it with our middle child. It's not a made up condition and if anything the amount of drugs and different types she was prescribed is pretty crazy and deserves it's own scrutiny of how she was treated. My wife who is farther right and conservative than even I am and also a nurse has gone all in on this trial and she and I have had rational conversations on what we believe or don't believe, but she definitely feels there are allot of unanswered questions in this case and how it was handled and that there are some pretty glaring signs that we're not getting the full story with the husband. There are 3 instances in particular where the husband's testimony contradicts itself. There are questions like those listed above if the answers were there it would shut down all the dumb social media tiktok shit. The father testified she told him she was having thoughts about killing the children, why did he not take that seriously given all the signs and medication she was on? Removing those kids from someone who says they are going to harm them seems logical no? At the end of the day those kids are all dead and likely experienced an unimaginable terrible death. Were there guard rails or guidance in place to help prevent this? Apparently not enough. |

My understanding of the defense ( i have not watched many clips from the court room) is that none of those things were presented as reasonable doubt. This trial doesn't appear to be adjudicating guilt, only consequences. If there was any there there, a first year law student would have presented them. |
